Hi, An allergen code will only exclude acrylate MONOmers. Acrylate POLYmers generally do not cause problems for people allergic to acrylates. It is only acrylate MONOmers that cause problems. The ingredient "Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer" is an acrylate POLYmer, so the product is rated as safe.
