Hi there, We’d like to clarify a potential misunderstanding. The product in question is not listed as containing propolis. It’s possible that one section of the product detail page was misinterpreted. The area titled “Why is this Not SAFE for ME” reflects allergens based on an individual's allergy code—it does not list the product’s actual ingredients. To view the specific ingredients that may make a product unsafe, please refer to the Ingredients section of the page. If someone has propolis included in their allergen code, the product may be flagged as “Not Safe” due to the presence of botanical ingredients that could be related. If you have any questions about how to interpret the product detail page, we’re happy to help. Feel free to reach out to us at sshelp@skinsafeproducts.com. -- The SkinSAFE Team

It says this product has propolis and that is not true. This app is not completely accurate. makes me think it has the "alternatives" shareholders in their pocket. and thats capitalism at its worst. this soap is great, vegan. (which means definitely no propolis) and if anything, because of the lavender (which im allergic to fragrance) i could possibly be allergic. but the review of what im allergic to in this product doesnt include the known lavender fragrance. funny....SkinSafe, get your act together.
Hang tight. We're thinking.
