What is it?
m-Xylylenediamine is an organic chemical used as an intermediate agent in the production of epoxy curing agents, polyamides, and polyurethanes. Due to the chemical binding processes that occur during the curing, finished products do not contain the chemical, so exposure risk is primarily during the manufacturing or curing process.

How can I avoid it?
Avoidance requires reading the product labels, package inserts, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and on occasion, direct communication with the manufacturer.
